Brief Profile

Ifeanyi is the Head of the Technical Assistance Team, in the Office of the Group Lead, Digital & Innovation Support Group, Federal Inland Revenue Service, Nigeria. She is a certified program, project and change management professional, experienced in reform of the domestic revenue mobilization sector and establishment of social programs. She is interested in exploring early adoption of organizational change and project management strategies for institutional change and sustainable reforms. Ifeanyi has championed change through high-level collaboration with portfolio leaders and other stakeholders: to identify gaps/future strategies while driving the adoption of the same and contributed to the executive management consultations, projects and organizational growth activities and results. With over 15 years’ experience, she has functioned in strategy development, policy formulation and process improvement roles in the public and private sector, across various financial institutions and development agencies. She was the Pioneer Program Director for the free cervical, breast and prostrate cancer screening and awareness project and also, successfully led a 15-man team to recover tax liability of over 100 billion naira (243 million dollars) from 3600 high networth defaulting taxpayers in 18 months. Ifeanyi is the first Nigerian female Certified Program Management Professional (PgMP) globally from the Project Management Institute (PMI), the world’s Leading body for project management. She holds two masters degrees in (1)Project Management (Queen Mary University of London) and (2) Social Change and Development (University of Newcastle, Australia) respectively
