Brief Profile

Dr. Dimie Nwankwe is an ICT, Environmental, and Supply Chain Management specialist, currently working as Senior Procurement Coordinator, Engineering in the Procurement Department of the Nigerian Agip Oil Com­pany Limited (Eni Nigeria). He has over 19 years of experience in oil and gas between Purchasing and Supply Chain Management and information tech­nology. Prior to his engagement in ENI Nigeria as a Contracts Officer in 2007, his professional carrier covered his work with Total Nigeria Limited (2003-2007) as Purchasing Assistant, Stock Controller, and SAP key User. He also worked with SAGEM spa (Nigeria) as Technical Assistant for the Nigerian National Identity Card project (2002-2003), as well as with Delnet Systems as a Systems Analyst, Software engineer, and Computer Hardware and Network engineer (1998-2000). He taught as a Phys­ics teacher while serving his nation Nigeria in a mandatory one-year National youth service program. He has served as a consultant on various information technology and environmental management projects. Dr. Dimie Nwankwe is a graduate of the prestigious Rivers State University of Science and Technology (now Rivers State University) Port Harcourt, Nigeria; the National Open University of Nigeria, the British Project Management Col­lege (UK), Chartered Institute of Purchasing and Supply Management of Nigeria and the Prolific Training Institute India. He holds a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) Degree in Environmental Management (2020) and has concluded his work for the award of a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) degree in Computer Science specializing in Artificial Intelligence. Dr. Dimie Nwankwe also holds a Master of Science (M.Sc.) degree in Information Technology (2014), a Master of Philosophy (M.Phil.) degree in Environmental Management (2009), a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science (2001), an Advance Diploma in Project Management (201 I); a Post Graduate Diploma in Automation Engineering from India (2012) and a Chartered Professional Certification in Purchasing and Supply Chain Management (2008). Dr. Dimie Nwankwe is presently the founding Managing Director and CEO of A-DOPT INTERNATIONAL SERVICES NIGERIA LIMITED, an indigenous Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) and Environmental Consulting Company with a standard modern Integrated Environmental Laboratory, Specialising in Electromechanical, Instrumen­tation, and Automation Engineering, with a recent expansion into Environmental Management. He holds numerous professional memberships amongst which are: Fellow, Chartered Institute of Public Diplomacy and Management; Fellow, Chartered Institute of Management Consultant of Nigeria, Member, Chartered Institute of Purchasing and Supply (UK); Member Chartered Institute of Purchasing and Supply Management of Nigeria; Member, Nigerian Computer Society, Member, Computer Registration Council of Nigeria, Member, Nigerian Environmental Society, Member, British Project Management Professional.
