He is the founder of Right Impact Initiative (RlI), an NGO that focuses on promoting the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) and has successfully worked in partnership with other institutions to undertake community outreaches, provide free health care services, donate books to educational institutions, provide portable water, and other infrastructure. He is an experienced professional who has worked across several industries, including Oil and Gas, Energy,Technology, Media,Telecommunications, Charity, and the Government. Mr Thomas holds several degrees, including an MBA in Management, M.Sc. in Business Administration (Org Behaviour), PGD in Business Administration, PGD in Logistics and Supply Chain Management, and a B.Sc.(Hons) in Political Science and Public Administration.
